Southcliff is a mountain community in western N.C. that offers a unique natural mountain living experience while residing just a short, ten minute drive from downtown Asheville. Southcliff was no stranger to the economic hardships that hit so many communities from 2006-10.

In 2011, we re-vamped Southcliff’s messaging, tone, look, website and marketing collateral while implementing a robust, fully transparent digital-focused marketing campaign. One of our primary marketing goals was to drive traffic and sales leads through the Southcliff website.
